Narrative (patterns, forecast, recommended actions on)

This emergency update focuses on the situation with Russia and claims of impending cyber-attack on US infrastructure. We will explore several scenarios below. These scenarios are based on evidence, but it is unknown which, if any, will prove correct ultimately. Regardless of scenario is must be expected now that there will be large-scale disruptions to US infrastructure shortly. This may include loss of electricity, phone service, internet, water, sewer, and ability to make/receive digital payments (such as credit cards). Depending on scale these disruptions could last from hours to days, or, possibly, weeks or longer.

Russia scenario actual invasion and cyberattacks: this scenario has a real Russian invasion of Ukraine coupled with real Russian cyberwarfare on US infrastructure. The result here would likely be a rapid, and dangerous escalatory cycle as very little set-in-stone rules exist for where cyber turns into kinetic. Further, it was recently stated by DoD in a report that the USA could be defeated in a war entirely through the cyber domain.

Russia scenario information operation to drive investment out of Ukraine to allow connected globalists to gobble it up cheap: this scenario suggests the current announcements of invasion and cyberwar are actually an information operation designed, possibly, to drive investors out of Ukraine and tank valuations so globalists connected to this scheme can buy up the nation at pennies on the dollar. This hypothesis is well supported by WEF documents.

Russia scenario maybe invasion but cyberattacks on USA per WEF wargame model to forward domestic revolution: in this case the Russians really don’t matter much because the source of cyberwar on US soil will be from globalist actors within, and without the US. The purpose of this would likely be along the lines of the previous WEF wargame conducted in late 2021 centered around a cyber-threat to the financial systems that sees the rapid decoupling of currency from nations, and the adoption of a supranational digital currency to stabilize markets.
